Experience: After spending 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I’m excited about a new venture.  I had a successful sales career and was involved in many facets of the industry.  I built many wonderful relationships with my customers that helped me achieve results and enjoy a very successful career.  I look forward to doing the same thing in my new career in the staffing industry.

The big picture: I was drawn to PrideStaff because of a similar mission and vision that I believed in at my previous pharmaceutical company.  Take care of your customer, find out about their business and service their needs.  Your customers will not only appreciate it, but your business will grow because of referrals.  Build strong partnerships that benefit everyone.

The scoop on staffing: I believe staffing is a people business.  I look forward to helping our clients and candidates and building strong relationships with them.  At the end of the day, it is a good feeling to be able to say you helped someone.

Secrets to success: I believe in a team approach.  You need good people around you, and everyone working together as a team will make it that much easier to succeed.  Focus on what we do best, and provide excellent service.  Be a partner, not a salesman.  Don’t over promise and under deliver.

Stress relief: Spending family time with the wife and kids.  Playing golf with my buddies.  Walking the dog, because nobody else will...
