Experience: I am an accomplished senior level business leader with nearly 25 years of experience in product management, integrated marketing, new product launches, business development and strategy in entertainment and packaged goods with mid-size and Fortune 500 companies (including Disney, General Mills). 

Early in my career I gained manufacturing experience in aerospace, leveraging my undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at USC. In my ongoing quest for knowledge and to experience another side of LA, I also received my MBA from UCLA. 

My enthusiasm and unique background of profitable P&L and people management, innovation, strategy development, collaboration and community service, delivers a seasoned executive to drive creative solutions and vision for rapidly changing businesses that need flexible staffing. 

The big picture: We are committed to seeing continuous improvement in businesses, communities and individuals through innovative staffing solutions to business challenges. 

The scoop on staffing: In Culver City, we are seeing companies take advantage of our temporary staffing solutions. Companies are growing and revenue is increasing.  However, many companies are hesitant to take the step of hiring full-time employees. We are placing more employees on longer term temporary assignments which allow our clients to grow and service their employees for a specific period of time without the risk of hiring full-time staff. We are beginning to see a resurgence of temporary-to-hire requests as an employee performance and evaluation strategy prior to hiring full-time as well.

Secrets to success: An optimistic attitude, a strong work ethic, harnessing the strength of the team to achieve goals, a willingness to listen and try new approaches and knowing that God has a positive future planned for me.

Stress relief: I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking and exercise, going to the movies, traveling to new places and singing with my church choir.
