What I like best about being in the staffing industry:

I have been in the staffing industry for 31 years. In the last 13 years, I have been supporting franchise owners and their teams. I respect the motivation of each individual(s) who has decided to open and operate a licensed staffing business, and have enjoyed working with the franchise owner to build the "brand identity" in their respective markets.

Secret of my success:

Gaining commitment from the franchise owners and their teams to implement the sales and operational key performance indicators by effectively communicating the benefits of doing so. Listening, and understanding what the motivators and vision were in opening a franchise operation, and working alongside each person to achieve those goals.

Favorite stress reliever:

Spending time with my family as much as possible! Enjoy the mountains, and reading.
