Relevant Experience:
1974–1985 Founded and Developed
American Homecare, a health care staffing company with seven offices
in California and Washington. American Homecare was a pioneer
and leader in the home healthcare industry. American Homecare
was acquired by a large, national staffing company in 1985.
1978-Present Founded PrideStaff with the first office
in Fresno, CA. The PrideStaff system of offices has grown
to over 30 offices. The franchise program was initiated
in 1995. Today, the franchise offices make up the great majority of PrideStaff
offices. In addition, three niche firms operate under the PrideStaff umbrella.
Personal Mission
To always work toward the personal and professional goals
that I have set for myself. I hope to always be unafraid of
new ideas and the inevitable changes that are certain to occur
in both my personal and professional life. Along with the
above, it is my mission to provide opportunities and environments
in which others can achieve their own goals.
What I like best about being in the staffing industry:
The Staffing Industry has been very good for me. It has been
a platform on which I could accomplish many of my goals. It
is a unique industry that functions purely on relationships.
I get great satisfaction from each person with whom I interact.
Our industry is in a constant state of change. These changes
force us to stay fresh so that we can meet the needs of our
changing environment.
Secret of my success:
I believe that I have always had visions. With the help of
others, I create plans to accomplish these visions. I have
the fortitude to execute these plans. And, I NEVER give up.
Favorite stress reliever:
Accomplishing goals – striving to accomplish goals creates
stress, but the accomplishment results in pride and satisfaction.
Golf and travel to new places.
