Before joining PrideStaff, I owned and operated a small business. Within 8 years I grew the company from two to more than 50 employees, while increasing annual top-line revenue from $300,000 to over $8 million.
Prior to that, I spent over nine years working for a national staffing firm in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility. I started as a recruiter, then worked as an account manager, branch manager and ultimately an area manager overseeing 11 offices.
Now, I combine my experience as a business owner and staffing professional to help employers hire more effectively and meet complex workforce challenges.
