Experience: I started my career with PrideStaff in 1993 as the Staffing Manager for the Brea office. Over the next 6 years I had opportunities to move into sales, management and a regional manager position. Based upon my positive experience with PrideStaff and knowing what a forward thinking and quality oriented company it is, in 1999 my husband Randall and I made the investment to become Franchise Owners for the South Orange County market.  

The big picture: My personal mission is to build strong partnerships to the benefit of our clients and employees and my team. We also want to deliver our services based on our client’s needs, creating client specific experiences rather than prefabricated solutions. We want to earn our clients trust so that they are able to focus on their core business and know that their staffing is in good hands.

The scoop on staffing: This is a people business and every day is different. I enjoy helping people and building relationships. As a business owner I am here for the long haul, so it gives me an opportunity to really understand my client’s culture and I take pride in the fact that many of our clients we have had for over 10 years.

Secrets to success: My excellent team! They are experienced, professional, honest, hardworking and simply the best. The relationship they have with each client and employee is individualized and personal and their mission is to understand the needs of both and to make the best placements possible.

Stress relief: My favorite stress relievers are spending time with my family and friends, reading, hiking, listening to good music and scrapbooking.

Areas Serviced: Our Irvine Office works with great companies thoughout the South Orange County area.  Our office services cities in South Orange County, including Irvine and the Irvine Spectrum, Santa Ana, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, Tustin and Westminster.  We work with a wide range of companies in a variety of industries and with our many years of experience, we are able to place candidates in a wider range of specialties.
