Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities:
A local company is seeking a Customer Service Representative that has great communication skills, and is detail oriented. This company serves international clients, so a candidate that is fluent in French is highly preferred.
Call Center Representative Job Duties:
Determines requirements by working with customers
Must accurately relay information to outside departments
Ability to work independently
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
Maintains call center database by entering information.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Fluent in French highly preferred
At least 18 years old
Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
The ability to provide two professional references
