Job Description

A recognized leading provider of employee benefits and HR solutions to companies across the US.  We are a fast growing brokerage firm bringing dynamic, progressive solutions to our clientele.  Our agency is looking for best-in-class, motivated talent to join our organization. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Preparing and assisting pre-renewal, renewal, and marketing reports and enrollment packets.
  2. Comparing health plan benefits and costs.
  3. Prepare annual client service plans.
  4. Support Account Executive and Account Managers with daily client servicing and admin needs.
  5. Authoring correspondence, communication materials, and compliance notices as required.
  6. Comparing health plan benefits and costs.
  7. Coordination with third parties and vendors for client requests
  8. Assist with SPD and ERISA warp documents, and other compliance mandates
  9. Audit client information, premium, and commission splits in our Agency Management System.
  10. Collecting client and prospect information for technology offerings, and also implementation of technology solutions.
  11. Assist with internet marketing, blogs and social media posts.

Desired Skills and Experience

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Knowledge of employee benefits/health plan implementation and administration is a plus
Minimum Education: Bachelor degree required
