One of our Top Clients in Hayward is looking for an excellent Customer Service Representative! Temp-to-hire opportunity!
 
Description:

ORDER ENTRY

  • Answer incoming calls for customers placing orders
  • Processing web orders from the uniform website
  • Processing web orders from the FF website
  • Downloading and processing O/O Spendmart orders
  • Downloading and processing MCOPCO Spendmart orders
  • Processing fax orders
  • Processing the occasional email order
  • Processing Autodesk web orders
  • Processing Autodesk supplier solutions manual orders
  • Processing brocade web orders

 

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Responding via email to customers for varied reasons
  • Responding via phone to customers for varied reasons
  • Up-selling promo and discounted items
  • Answering the main line when necessary
  • Answering the front door when necessary
  • Taking care of pickup orders when necessary

 

MISC TASKS

  • Creating customer service reports when necessary
  • Processing returns
  • Monthly production meetings
  • Helping out on various special projects
  • Putting items on the lot adjustment google doc
  • Putting orders on the expedited google doc
  • Putting discounted items on Laurie's list for MCOPCO orders
  • Putting orders on Laurie's list to email customer invoices
  • Letting Katy or Javi know to take an item off of the web and Spendmart 
  • Getting quotes from the warehouse for duties/taxes

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast pace environment
  • Multitask: telephone, walk-in customers, web and emails
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional problem solving skills to be able to provide excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ability to handle large volume of customer calls/emails
  • Abilty to function in a fast-paced environment

Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm, M-F
