Administrative Assistant-$15-Davie




  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner
  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
  • Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
  • Provide information and assistance to the cost accountant  
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  • Assist with payroll in a timely manner
  • Maintain the petty cash fund
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
  • Confirm and track all supply orders
  • Verify receipt of items and comparing items received to items ordered



Required Qualifications:


High School degree

2+ years of hands on administrative support experience

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

Good research skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely man
