Job Description

Prestigious West Palm Beach financial firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with heavy Travel Coordination experience. Requirements for this position include outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept handling of telephones and clients, and a high degree of organization.  Typing, multitasking, communicating verbally and in writing, and a high level of professionalism are also required.   Former experience in financial industry is helpful.  Competitive compensation and benefits package dependent upon education and experience. 
  • Coordinate high volumes of domestic and international travel, 3-5 trips per day
  • Support up to 6 professional associates
  • Manage calendars
  • High volume expense reporting
  • Provide receptions support as needed
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and mail
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • High volume travel coordination experience
  • Must have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass thorough credit and consumer background check
