Job Description

PrideStaff is seeking a warm, compassionate Family Services Advisor on a temp to hire basis to assist clients will all aspects of their cemetery planning needs for a religion based facility. If you are good at building relationships with referral sources, prospects, and families this is the role for you! 


As a Cemetery Services Advisor, you will:

  • Take incoming calls and schedule appointments with customers
  • Meet walk-in customers to discuss options for final resting place
  • Schedule services
  • Cross sell additional products and services
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Represent facility at events

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience (not high pressure sales, consultative)
  • Ability to effectively communicate services with all levels of the clientele
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Caring, empathetic personality

Base salary of $30,000 year + commission.  Average associate compensation with commission is $65,000.
