Job Description

Order Processing Clerk for durable medical goods company located in Irvine CA.

Temporary to Hire opportunity, Hours 6:30 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday (Hours could fluctuate anytime between 5:00 am - 5:30 pm, based upon business needs. Need candidate who is flexible to hours). Company will conduct background check prior to start.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify electronic orders for accuracy

Manually process orders into the system

Check processed work for accuracy before it is completed

Create Summary Sheet and Packing Slips to the Warehouse to ship out

Create the invoices and release inventory at the end of the day

Manage incoming calls and emails from Reps/Clinicians

Identifying & assessing customer needs

Provide accurate valid and complete resolution to customer issues using the provided training

Handle complaints with appropriate solutions and alternative within time limits

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Follow up on open externs using appropriate communication procedures, guidelines & policies

Correct any addresses on the Summary Sheet that do not match what is in the system

Other projects, as direct by Customer Service Manager or Materials Manager

Requirements:

Min 2 years Order Entry experience within a distribution / office environment

High School degree or equivalent

Great organizational skills and highly focused on detail

Works well under pressure and is able to meet deadlines

Basic Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook primarily)

Familiarity with CRM Systems & practices

Experience using Sage Pro Software or similar order fulfillment software is desired

Accurate typing/data entry - Minimum of 35 wpm/4000 kph

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong phone contact handling skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Customer Service oriented; "What can I do to help? attitude
