Understanding of the Protein based lifestyle + community is highly preferred
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Resolve customer issues via phone and email
- Develop working knowledge of Shopify admin side in order to address customer issues/ordering
- Communicate with customers about the status of their order, shipment, etc
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about products sold, ordering information, etc.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Suggest solutions when a customer is unhappy.
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Create weekly order reports (in excel) to share with kitchens and management
- Communicate internally with both kitchen locations (San Diego and Atlanta) regarding customer issues, complaints, cancellations, add-ons
- Communicate with shipping department about addresses, cancellations and/or add-ons.
- Check status of shipments at the end of each week and communicate with UPS about any issues with shipments.
