Our client, a tile and flooring sales showroom, is hiring for a Show Room Customer Service Representative to assist them at their Mission Valley location.
Here's what they are looking for:
To deliver outstanding Customer service in the Showroom.
Ensure that every Customer is greeted and made to feel welcome.
To fulfill Customer care responsibilities.
Apply training and education to exceed the Customer's expectations.
To assist Showroom Manager and Assistant Manager with Showroom merchandising and maintenance.
Participate in cleaning and organizing Showrooms to keep the displays visually exciting and enticing. Be a willing and effective contributor to the maintenance and operation of the Showroom.
To monitor Showroom activity for safety, Customers in need of assistance, and children, including the ability to work with multiple Customers at one time.
Stay on the lookout for dangers. Actively see Customers in need of assistance. Introduce parents and children to the services of the Play Center (if available). Be prepared to frequently be working with more than one Customer at a time.
To develop and maintain product knowledge for stone, tile, rough goods and chemicals.
Criteria: Seek out product information from recognized experts, publications, product labels, and knowledgeable staff.
To maintain a knowledge of competitors and their products.
Criteria: Use resources such as sales reps, Customers, and the internet to learn about competitive products offered by the completion.
Education:High School diploma or G.E.D. and/or one to three months related experience/training
Qualification: Some experience in the flooring particularly in tile and granite.
