Job Description

Office Manager

Client is in need of front desk person with an accounting background.  Will be handling office clerical tasks, minimal accounting, has to be very organized, has to be able to take direction well, prefers an employee that has worked for a CPA firm previously.

- Merging from excel to word

- Microsoft Word 2010 & Excel 2010

- Good memory

- Ability to follow instructions

- Good work ethic

- Not picky with tasks

- Starts off as slow and it gradually gets more complicated

- Very detailed

- 6 months to catch on

- Very good with computers

- Ability to ask questions

- Ability to take constructive criticism
