Job Description

Client in the Visalia/Tulare area is seeking an Inventory Coordinator!


         The functions of the Inventory Coordinator position are the following:

  1. Managing and controlling of all the inventory of raw material and stock of the company and channelizing the distribution of the same.
  2. Organizing, planning and timely allocation of material and stock.
  3. Run the Recommendation Report at regular intervals to ensure proper material and stock is on hand or on order.



  • Industry experience beneficial.
  • Possess good leadership skills and abilities.
  • Possess good mathematical and analytical skill sets.
  • Reliable, organized, detail orientated and the ability to multi-task.
  • Working knowledge of a computer, 10-key and basic typing skills.
  • Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet set target dates and deadlines.
  • Good written and oral communication skills for interacting and coordinating work within different departments of our organization.
  • Knowledge and understanding of screw conveyor parts, components, and raw materials and parts necessary to produce the complete product.
  • High School graduate required.
  • College a plus.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work at a desk and/or computer.
  • Occasionally being out in the shop environment to capture inventory.
  • Work a 40-hour week with occasional overtime required.



  • Keeping track of inventory.
  • Monitoring the inventory ratio.
  • Checking the inventory list of raw material and maintaining adequate inventory levels in the shop.
  • Coordinating with purchase manager for the procurement and channelized distribution of inventory.
