HUGE PROJECT IN SANTA ANA, CA

BILINGUAL SPANISH A MUST

POSITION STARTING WEEK OF OCT 9, 2017.  

TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Full time and Weekends

TO BE CONSIDERED:

US CITIZEN

PASS BACKGROUND CHECK

PASS FINGER PRINT Check

HIRING 400 people to help us with a 6-8 month project working with Disater Relief 

Here are the details:

PAY: $14.63                  JOB #282555 

The call center will be open for 24 hours, offering 2 full-time and part-time shifts.  Full time is 40 hours a week and Part time is a minimum of 24 hours a week. 

Full time Shifts: 

  4:00  AM -  12:30 PM

11:30  AM -    7:00 PM

Part-time shifts: Minimum of 24 hours...open to combinations but they must remain the same throughout the assignment.

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET:

FLUENT IN SPANISH - NO EXCEPTIONS

Min 6 months exp in a call center environment 

Computer literate

Accurate Data Entry, minimum 5,000 KPH

Detail Oriented

Phone Etiquette

Good communication skills

Able to clarify information in a calm matter

Patient, kind, sympathetic and understanding over the phone
