Our client is FUN, FUN, FUN! They sell the craziest, funniest and most outlandish novelties such as holiday attire, college attire and anything and everything that will put a smile on your face! Employees can earn free credit towards merchandise.
They are gearing up for their best holiday season yet and they are hiring 25+ Customer Service Representatives to handle incoming orders, mainly via phone and email.
Previous customer service and/or call center experience is highly preferred, however, if you have a pleasant speaking voice, good written communication skills, Microsoft proficient and a good sense of humor, you're good to go!
These positions will start the week of November 20 (no, you won't have to work on Thanksgiving Day but possibly the day after) and will last 3-4 weeks. They are located in downtown San Diego about a block from a trolley station. Parking is not paid for, however, there are a few lots nearby with affordable prices.
You must have open availability between 5 am and 11 pm, Monday - Sunday. There are two shifts, 5 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 11 pm. Full time is preferred however part time hours may be available.
