Growing firm seeking a Service Coordinator near Central Islip, NY!

Temp to hire opportunity!

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least one year of experience handling administrative functions
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills, experience using Google Docs preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Versatile and adaptable to new processes
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great attention to detail

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to supervisors
  • Providing excellent customer service via the phone or in-person
  • Answering the phones, directing calls, answering inquiries, etc.
  • Data entry, correspondence, filing, faxing, etc.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
