Job Description

The Customer Success Representative will support the diverse needs of the company's clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all business relations. The position will require working with clients to determine and understand needs, and ensure day-to-day support is meeting expectations. If you are comfortable wearing a variety of hats, and thrive in a fast paced environment, you may be the Customer Success Representative that we are looking for.
