We are working with a locally owned company who has been in business for over 30 years to recruit a very technically savvy customer service representative. The right person for this role will have previous B2B customer service experience and will enjoy working with people on the phone, solving problems and developing relationships.
- Previous experience working with a manufacturer or re-seller in B2B customer service and understands the relationships involved.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; will be solving problems, answering questions, handling sales calls via the phone.
- Some technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate the company's products.
- Great customer service and basic sales skills
- Mechanically inclined to help assess and solve problems
- Excellent communication abilities
