Client in Tulare is searching for an Office Administrator - Receptionist.
This candidate will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Must have recent and relevant experience.
- Handling all incoming/outgoing correspondences.
- Answering phones
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Corresponding to customers
- Greet and assist customers
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Office work - clerical duties necessary to perform job
- Perform all other office tasks
- Must have 2-3 years of recent experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
$11.00-$13.00/HR Depending on Experience
