Job Description

Client in Tulare is searching for an Office Administrator - Receptionist. 

This candidate will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Must have recent and relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all incoming/outgoing correspondences. 
  • Answering phones
  • Faxing  
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Corresponding to customers
  • Greet and assist customers 
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Office work - clerical duties necessary to perform job 
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2-3 years of recent experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ?Strong organizational skills

Hours: 

Monday- Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 

Pay: 

$11.00-$13.00/HR    Depending on Experience
