Job Description

PrideStaff has an immediate position for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for a medical device company in North County.

Temporary to hire opportunity!
 

  • Review all purchase orders to ensure accuracy upon entry and correct pricing and delivery information is listed.
  • Coordinate and interact closely with our Australian office to ensure material and product transfer in the System correctly.
  • Call customers when necessary to notify of shipment delays and/or information needed to process orders.
  • Create and track New Customer accounts in the Computer System (Microsoft Great Plains and CRM).
  • Enter sales orders, and invoices into the Computer System and keep customers informed of order status.
  • Review all purchase orders to ensure accuracy upon entry and correct pricing and delivery information is listed.
  • Coordinate and interact closely with our Australian office to ensure material and product transfer in the System correctly.
  • Call customers when necessary to notify of shipment delays and/or information needed to process orders.
  • Prepare and coordinate with Shipping Department (person) domestic and international shipping documents. Help the Shipping Department solve shipping problems.
  • Generate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) forms for customer returns and track returned items until shipment back to customer. Process customer returns according to established policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with Service Management to track incoming requests for product service and facilitate timely product returns to customers.
  • Assist with the coordination of shipment and tracking of loaner devices.
  • Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
  • Work closely with the Accounting staff to expedite the resolution of disputed credit issues.
  • Maintain detailed customer files.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years as a Customer Service Representative with excellent computer skills!
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including the ability to use Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Microsoft GP (Great Plains) is required; experience with Microsoft CRM is highly desired.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with all levels of employees throughout the world.
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced FDA regulated environment.
  • Ability to focus on meeting and exceeding customer requirements by quickly diagnosing and resolving customer situations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills are required, including the ability to actively listen, effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
