Established law firm located in Mineola, NY is currently seeking a Legal Clerk/Calendaring Assistant.
- Draft and edit various legal documents/correspondence with clients
- Client communication, requesting documents
- Phone screening
- Organize and prepare court calendar
- Manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Meet specific deadlines
- Multi-tasking and organization is a must!
- Comfortable working with several Attorneys
- Work hand-in-hand with Partners: drafting memos, letters, reports
Salary $35,000 - $40,000 commensurate with experience + benefits
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
1-2 years of experience in a related required
