Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm

Pay rate: $15.00 per hour

Temp to hire position

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Enter and track orders, verify orders and assist with lost/damaged shipments
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and order entry skills, ability to up-sell and cross-sell products
  • The ability to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • At least two years of prior experience handling customer service functions for a phone, catalog or online retailer
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
