Job Description

PrideStaff is seeking a polished and professional Administrative Assistant for their busy downtown West Palm Beach CPA firm client.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain logs and spreadsheets
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Act as vendor liaison
  • Scan, fax, and disperse documentation as needed
  • Provide other administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Must have the ability to change gears quickly, while remaining focused and on task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
