Job Description

PrideStaff is currently seeking a SALES COORDINATOR for a established manufacturing company in North County.



  • Outbound calling is a primary focus for this position to generate sales, and must be comfortable with cold-calling. 
  • Serves as primary contact and lead qualification for new incoming leads generated by marketing, website or inbound phone calls.
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing existing business of assigned customer base.
  • Responsible for strategic planning of outbound call activity and creating customer call lists that generate sales.
  • Responsible for populating Salesforce with lead, account and sales opportunity information. 
  • Must use Salesforce to maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activity- including, but not limited to sales calls/emails, closed sales, tasks, and follow up activity.
  • Responsible for understanding reports and dashboard modules in order to generate and provide reports and visual information as requested.
  • Assists the operations team by actively participating in customer onboarding process, including collection of License agreements, accounting documents and labels.
  • Responsible for creating sales forecasts that meet/exceed the sales budget.
  • Responsible for AR collections for assigned customers with outstanding invoices 30 days past due and actively participate to bring account into good standing.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows.
  • Contributes to and assists with marketing/branding (i.e. participating in development of sales tools, collaborating with marketing initiatives such as co-branding efforts and encouraging/motivating brand customer participation, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ Sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Industry experience in dietary supplement and/or sports nutrition preferred.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other like CRM systems preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel on average as required to attend trade shows, customer visits, etc. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
