Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper 

  • Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to go full-time)
  • Location: Alpharetta
  • Up to $16 per hour + benefits

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, high-level contact with staff and clientele through verbal and written communications.
  • Update and maintain paper and digital records for sales and operational access in coordination with administration and accounting.
  • Liaison with sales staff, clients and vendors to assure service delivery in accordance with contract terms.
  • Monitor service delivery to confirm accurate performance and pro-actively resolve any discrepancies.
  • Effectively track and facilitate timely resolution on operational and maintenance issues.
  • Assist with lease reporting and permitting processes.
  • Assist sales staff with completion of RFP documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Phone / Receptionist duties
  • Completes other projects as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years administrative or office management experience preferred.
  • Education: Associates degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Demonstrated record of high customer service standards, a strong work ethic, dependability and attention to detail a must.
  • Media Contract Management experience a plus.
  • Digital Media Scheduling experience a plus.
  • Must be willing to submit to a thorough drug screen and background check
