CALL CENTER~SANTA ANA: BILINGUAL SPANISH A MUST
PAY: $14.63 (plus $4.41 Government Health & Wellness)
We are looking for people to work a 6+ month project working FEMA's call center.
Here are the details:
The call center will be open for 24 hours, offering 2 full-time and part-time shifts. Full time is 40 hours a week and Part time is a minimum of 24 hours a week.
Full time Shifts:
4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
11:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Part-time shifts: Minimum of 24 hours...open to combinations but they must remain the same throughout the assignment.
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET:
FLUENT IN SPANISH - NO EXCEPTIONS
DUE TO BEING GOVERNMENT CONTRACT - NEED TO BE U.S. CITIZEN
Min 6 months exp in a call center environment
Accurate Data Entry, minmum 5,000 KPH
Good communication skills
Able to clarify information in a calm matter
Patient, kind, sympathetic and understanding over the phone
