Customer Service/Scheduling Rep

PrideStaff Minneapolis North is working with a local company that is family and veteran owned that works on large scale government contracts and is a "go-to" for specific projects. This is an excellent company that is growing, stable, and seeking a Customer Service/Scheduling Rep in their office to be responsible for the administration of customer contracts, issues, communications, and requests on a daily basis and will support the senior customer service representative.

Customer Service/Scheduling Rep Responsibilities:

  • Enters orders into system
  • Updating customer changes   
  • Adjusts scheduled work orders as necessary to optimize production schedule based on orders entered.
  • Supports senior customer service representative with communication between customer, production and sales
  • Communicates the customer’s goals and represents the customer’s best interest to the team
  • Records any customer feedback received
  • Understands and comprehends terms and conditions on quotes
  • Ensures that customer is held to all terms and conditions
  • Cross trains as needed 
  • Opens customer accounts
  • Maintaining customer records 
  • Maintains financial accounts

Customer Service/Scheduling Rep Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area plus 1 year industrial experience OR  combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
  • Previous experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment a plus.
