Job Description

  • Key areas of responsibility
  • Managing book of business daily, including reviewing and addressing daily activity report, pending report, X calls for additional information
  • Responding to inbound inquiries from clients by phone or email
  • Responding to inbound inquiries from consumers by phone or email
  • Taking first notice of consumer dispute and immediately providing notice of dispute to Dispute Resolution Manager
  • Ensuring all client data is current in database
  • Ensuring all clients are using up to date documents for security purposes
  • Reviewing flagged reports and providing Q/A review to ensure report is ready to be delivered and all content is legally reportable
  • Billing all files in billing queue
  • Working with other departments to trouble shoot delayed reports
  • Working with clients to assist in understanding of legal requirements and Profiles policies
  • Managing inbound fax queue
  • Assist in the resolution of customer and consumer complaints
  • Represent Frasco in a professional manner at all times.
