Our client is looking for a Client Service and Support Analyst for a 6+ month position in Cranbury, NJ.
The IT Client Support Analyst I will provide front-line level 1 technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to telephone, mobility, computer hardware, software and peripherals.
The position will support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, telephony, mobile devices and videoconferencing equipment. This position may require independent work, sharing information and assisting others as needed.
Respond to IT service desk calls
Provide level one support on calls for computer hardware/software problems and telephone problems
Refer help calls to appropriate IT
Enter all calls into Help Desk system, and update call status as it changes
Act as visible point of contact for customer support
Configure new computer and laptops according to corporate specification
Assist colleagues with various IT related projects as needed
Must be able to lift boxes, PCs, Printers, or peripherals up to 30 pounds, from floor level to chest level, as well as from chest level to the floor without assistance.
The IT Client Support Analyst must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex problem, or when appropriate, escalate them to appropriate IT staff member.
High School degree a must, associates or bachelor’s degree desired
