Customer Service & Special Project Support
Location: Newbury Park
You will report directly to the CEO.
In this dual role, you will spend 2-4 hours/day on the phone with customers and clients and spend the other time working on special projects for the CEO.

You have proven experience in customer service
You are comfortable working on the phone several hours per day
You know how to work Excel to crunch and analyze data
You can assist the CEO on special projects including product marketing campaigns, expansion to international markets and various creative opportunities
You feel comfortable taking up special projects like tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials, planning trade shows, maintaining social media, catalogs, competitor research
Skills and Experience
Microsoft Office is a must
Intermediate/Expert level in Excel is a must (using functions, pivot tables, vlookups, graphs, etc)
Experience with e-Commerce is a plus
- Detail oriented
Basic Project Management
Bachelor's Degree preferred
