A growing Residential and Commercial Installation Company located Irvine CA. is looking for a Receptionist / Office Clerk  to start immediately!

Hours typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Fridays

Office Casual Dress Pay $13+, depending on experience.  There is a tier paying structure in place based on performance.

Temporary to hire opportunity.

Duties:

Answering moderate incoming calls, take messages or forward as directed.

Assist with a variety of clerical duties to including emails, faxes, typing / data entry, scanning, etc.

Requirements:

Min 1 year Reception experience within a corporate office

Good verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate level MS Word / Excel; ability to learn new software quickly

Accurate Data Entry / Typing
