Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service

This company makes lenses for contacts and glasses for private doctors! Each order is a unique subscription for a patient. This candidate will be:

*Taking orders over the phone and via email

*Entering orders into the software system

*Update customers on job order status

*Ensure accounts are properly updated on new and existing products

*This position is also responsible for ensuring service levels- speed of answer, call quality, and productivity goals must be met.

 

Qualifications:

*High School Diploma or equivalent

*Customer service experience

*Previous experience in an optical lab is preferred, but not required

*Great communication skills

*Proficient computer skills

*Bilingual in Spanish and English

 

Dress code is business casual

Other: Once hired on, the company provides health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401K

Hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM Monday-Thursday (1 hour lunch) and 8:30AM-5PM on Friday (30 min. lunch)

Pay: $11.50/hr
