Job Description

Tech Support / Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries by telephone, internet, and written correspondence for technical issues/questions
  • Account maintenance
  • Utilize established vehicles to extend magazine and product opportunities to customers when appropriate in order to achieve upsells and/or cross-sells according to established departmental policy
  • Maintain current information on client specific data by utilizing various resources including publisher screens, voicemail, memos and web sites
  • Inform management of complaint trends and/or feedback from customers

Qualifications:

  • 6 months experience in a technical role, specifically with mobile products/sales
  • Minimum typing of 35 WPM
  • Spanish speaking is a plus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Pay: $14/hr
