- Assist the HR Manager with daily tasks
- Complete formulas and PivotTables in Excel
- Run reports
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends
- Communicate changes in personnel policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain department records with great confidentiality
- Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures
- This candidate should be extremely organized.
- This candidate must be able to uphold complete confidentiality.
- This candidate must be proficient with computers and have great experience with the whole Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- This candidate must be reliable, and have a good sense of urgency.
***Bilingual is a plus!
HR Certificate or HR Degree is preferred.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $14 - $16 DOE
