Job Description

HR Generalist

We are searching for a self-starter individual to fill an HR role. This could be a great opportunity for someone that is about to graduate with their degree in HR or someone that just graduated. We are supporting a great company with amazing benefits! Please apply if interested. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager with daily tasks
  • Complete formulas and PivotTables in Excel
  • Run reports
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends
  • Communicate changes in personnel policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain department records with great confidentiality 
  • Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures

Requirements:

  • This candidate should be extremely organized.
  • This candidate must be able to uphold complete confidentiality.
  • This candidate must be proficient with computers and have great experience with the whole Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
  • This candidate must be reliable, and have a good sense of urgency.

***Bilingual is a plus!

Education: 

HR Certificate or HR Degree is preferred. 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM 

Pay: $14 - $16 DOE
