Bilingual Korean / English Customer Service Survey Representative

We're seeking a bilingual Korean / English candidate for an exciting temp-to-hire call center opportunity in Conyers, GA! This company will give candidates a chance to work for a rapidly growing company that offers excellent benefits and a 'family-feel' environment. 


  • Surveying Medicare members about their opinions on their health insurance plans
  • Working off of a script
  • 95% outbound calls
  • Handling sensitive information


  • MUST speak both Korean and English fluently
  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment 
  • 1+ years of call center experience dealing with healthcare is strongly preferred
  • Ability to type 30 WPM (will be tested)
  • Clear, upbeat phone voice
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
  • Willing to travel to Conyers AND Norcross. The location is currently in Conyers, but the company may be moving to Norcross in the next 6-12 months
  • There will be training, but this position requires someone to be able to 'hit the ground running'
  • There is a strict 'no cell phone policy' that candidate must agree to

Hours: This position will start as a day time shift, Monday-Friday position. However, the candidate should be prepared to work more afternoon/evening hours as the business grows & expands.
