PrideStaff is seeking a full-time individual responsible for ensuring the successful on-boarding and ongoing support of new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional seeking a rewarding position that fully leverages their experience and skills while also offering the flexibility and limited work hours of a part time position. This is a temporary to hire opportunity which requires at least 30 hours per week.This individual will work from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday and compensate between $14-$16 per hour depending upon experience.


Job Duties: 

  • Oversee the new customer application process to ensure online applications are properly completed
  • Provide assistance as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Offer guidance as appropriate regarding policies or regulatory requirements that can affect an applicant’s likelihood of receiving approval
  • Utilize web searches, Equifax reports, and workflow tools within NetSuite CRM to prepare and submit for bank approval an electronic underwriting packet for every new customer applicant
  • Facilitate the on-boarding of approved customers using NetSuite CRM and proprietary billing and account configuration software
  • Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
  • Assist in providing additional support coverage as necessary
  • Monitor support team interactions with customers to ensure alignment with company values and policies, taking corrective action if necessary
  • Utilize reporting tools within NetSuite to monitor and manage support activity to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources
  • Constantly seek and pursue opportunities for process improvements within all areas of accountability

Job Requirements:


  • 5+ years in a managerial, supervisory or team lead role
  • Familiarity with business banking and/or the payments industry a plus
  • Risk management/commercial underwriting experience
  • Experience addressing and resolving complex customer issues
  • Ability to handle information professionally and confidentially
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with remotely-located colleagues
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with NetSuite a plus
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrable leadership/managerial skills
  • BS/BA degree or higher is a plus but not required
