Administrative Assistant Opening

8a-5p M-F   --    $15-18/hr

 

The candidate must be analytical, capable of multitasking, and possess the ability to operate in a fast paced environment. The candidate must be able to operate a personal computer, web browser, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook, facsimile machine, multi-line telephone system with voice mail, photocopier, and miscellaneous office equipment and accessories customarily used in an office environment

 

 

Requirements -

**Experience with Xactimate Software a huge plus

**High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Must have proven ability with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.

**Peachtree/Sage50 Accounting/Xactimate experience helpful

**Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Must possess the ability to multitask and work in a past paced environment.

**Able to work with multiple distractions on daily basis

**Must be self-starter

 

Additional info - Attention to detail HUGE.  Looking for a self starter who can make general decisions on own but know when to get permission for things as well.  Able to work with social media.  Monitor on-line reviews, write replies, follow up.  

NO INSURANCE AVAILABLE or 401k even after hire.  Other perks available once FT associate.  Small family owned business.

Excel experience - must be able to build spreadsheets but doesn't have to be an expert.

Type 40-45 WPM

Someone who is confident - assertive on the phone.  No one meek and mild.

Will be ton of interruptions.  Must be able to self start back to projects sidelined.  Take direction.  Priorities will change constantly through out the day.
