Assistant Property Manager for our client in their Hollywood Corporate Office,
The ideal candidate in this position is responsible for performing tasks to assure proper operation and maintenance of the several of their Florida Buildings, grounds and facilities, and electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with local, state, and national building codes. This individual coordinates custodial maintenance services and activities; and repairs breakdowns on all facilities. Identifies and responds to issues regarding day to day operations and maintenance of buildings and grounds and customer business requirements.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of three (3) years experience in facilities management performing in a lead or supervisory capacity is required; or any equivalent combination of relevant education/training and experience will be considered.
Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.
Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Schedule and hours for this position is Monday - Friday, 7:00AM – 6:00PM as they will either open or close the building depending on the staff rotation.
