Job Description

Jupiter small office of 6 is in need of someone to manage the overall business in the local office working with another office remotely.  In this role you will be working with the team to coordinate events, manage the website development and overall communication for professional organizations whom they are contracted to run the back end of the business including correspondence with clients on their behalf.

Duties include:

  • Create project timelines and assign staff to complete
  • Heavy client communication
  • Oversee team and accounting firm
  • Scheduling
  • Attend industry events

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent written communication skills
  • MS Office above average skills
  • Website creation and ability to update
  • Social media marketing updates
  • Event planning 
  • Association management
