Post Sales - Customer Service

The Customer Service Representative will perform a broad scope of administrative duties including, but not limited to, sales order administration and customer problem resolution.  

Main responsibilities: 

All Customer service related duties to include but not limited to:

    •    Answer phones and emails with clients, project managers and factories

    •    Placing and Follow up on all orders & customer inquiries

    •    Check for new orders, process new orders, price and log orders

    •    Communication and coordination with Distribution Centers and Factories

    •    Ensure customers receive order forms, literature, and all needed documents as required

    •    Fax / e-mail shipping documents to the customer, clients and factories

    •    Order processing

    •    Maintain customer order files

    •    Maintain & update order entry log

    •    Work in a safe manner at all time

    •    All other duties as assigned by management within line of this position


Required skills and previous experience:

    •    Excellent written and verbal communications; fluency in English and Portuguese is required

    •    Strong interpersonal skills; experience working with customers is required

    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    •    Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

    •    Flexibility in accepting varying work assignments

    •    Must be team oriented and work well with cross-divisional diverse groups

    •    Previous experience with international and/or export business dealings a plus
