Job Description

A great temp-to-hire Bilingual Customer Service Representative position with a growing Charlotte company.

 

 Job Responsibilities: 

  • Guide Customers through their order and process them in a fast-paced environment using wold-class technology
  • Take pending orders, scan and attach necessary documents to orders
  • Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items 
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability 
  • Checking website for releases

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Spanish speaking fluency
  • Strong computer skills
  • Self motivation
  • Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience, required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

 

Pay range begins at $14.50, dependent on experience.
