Established and growing manufacturer located in Queens currently (but will be moving to the Lake Success area come April 2018) seeks an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant with fluency in English and Hindi. This candidate must be able to commute to Queens in the interim.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives. Must have strong calendar + schedule management experience.
Main functions include but are not limited to:
- Calendar and phone management
- Respond to e-mails from employees, clients and external contacts on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Handle all domestic and international travel
- Manage various personal requests and ad-hoc tasks
- Provide coverage for Reception as needed
- Organize and maintain electronic files
- Other functions as needed
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate administrative support role
- Passion for growth and excitement in the workplace!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent networking and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
