Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 7pm with 1-hour lunch
In this position you will provide administrative functions as well as oversee and review document submissions and data entry.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Organize documents received via fax and email
- Review and analyze documentation received
- Communicate effectively with the sales representatives as to what is needed to move forward
- Entering Data into CRM
- At least 1 year of customers experience and administrative experience
- Great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skilled at working with urgency and deadlines, handling confidential and time sensitive material to ensure turnaround times meet requirements.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook required
