Job Description

As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate will provide good customer service to job applicants, clients, employees and other visitors.  May operate a switchboard to route incoming calls, place outgoing calls, take messages as well as prepare documents for internal and or external distribution.  Sending as well as routing incoming faxes and sort mail are additional responsibilities of this position.



  • 2+ years of relevant support experience
  • Have exceptional interpersonal/communications skills
  • Thrive on deadlines and overcoming obstacles to reach goals

  • Are known in their workplace for being an overachiever and have a creative edge
  • Have the discipline to work in an unsupervised manner
  • MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment
  • Bilingual - Spanish English a Plus


  • Answer incoming phone calls and route calls to the appropriate individual
