--Answer incoming telephone calls from customers and verify account information.
--Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
--Assist with processing orders, refunds or exchanges.
--Advise on company information.
--Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
--Answer questions about certificates, terms and conditions.
--Act as the company gatekeeper.
--Assist customers with website support in processing their requests.
--Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
--Inform customer of deals and promotions
--Make outbound calls in conjunction with call out campaigns.
--Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
--Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
--Utilize the system to track all call dispositions.
--Outbound call campaigns.
--Provide feedback to supervisor as to any customer's feedback.
-Ability to follow directions and read from script.
