Job Description

West Palm Beach Corporate Headquarters is seeking a DIRECT HIRE Human Resources professional who is starting their career and looking to grow within a company and learn HR processes.  In this role you will assist the HR Department of 4 with:

  • processing paperwork for new hires and terminations
  • new hire orientation
  • scheduling of interviews
  • arranging flights and travel for potential new hire candidates 
  • prepare offer letters
  • maintain employee records
  • assist with office event planning
  • enter new employees into company records/payroll
  • other administrative tasks

Requirements

          2+ years human resources experience, no more than 10 years of experience

          Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

          Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

          Bachelors Degree preferred
